Viviana Parraguez Ulloa (born April 20, 1981) is a Chilean politician, lawyer and surfer.[2] Parraguez is currently one of the Councillors of Pichilemu.[1]
Parraguez was born on April 20, 1981. Parraguez studied Law, and conducted her practice in Corporación de Asistencia Judicial de Pichilemu (Spanish: Judicial Assistance Corporation of Pichilemu).[2]
In 2006 she began to surf, according to El Mercurio.[2] After the 2003–2009 Pichilemu political controversies, Parraguez joined the National Renewal party, and was presented as candidate for councillor of Pichilemu.[2]
Parraguez was elected on the 2008 municipal elections with a 6,27 per centage (447 votes) from a total of 7.127 votes.[3]
